Here’s something I see all the time in practice: skin issues like acne, rosacea, dryness, and early signs of aging often have little to do with your skincare routine and everything to do with what’s happening inside your body.

These no-bake dark chocolate pumpkin bites are rich in fibre, healthy fats, magnesium, and plant-based protein.

They’re designed to help stabilize blood sugar, support estrogen detox, and give your nervous system something calming to work with, perfect for that tender luteal phase or anytime your energy feels a little low.

Here’s how to make them:

✨ ½ cup pumpkin purée

✨ ½ cup almond butter or sunflower seed butter

✨ ¼ cup ground flaxseed

✨ ½ tsp vanilla extract

✨ 1 tsp coconut oil
