Dr Chelsea gratefully accepts patients from all over British Columbia who desire to work with a Naturopath who is experienced in supporting women and men with thyroid and hormone imbalances, digestive concerns, weight loss struggles and fatigue.
As a licensed Naturopath Doctor in British Columbia, I am so happy to offer women and men throughout the province the option to work with me via telemedicine (just like Skype) so that no matter where you live in the province, how bad the roads are, how busy your schedule is, or if you or your kids are feeling under the weather, we can work together and get you feeling your best and on your path to your best self!
After working with thousands of patients over the past 10 years, I started to see a need for a higher level of support and care in a few areas that so many of us are struggling with: thyroid and hormonal imbalances, weight loss, digestive issues, and fatigue. I recognized that so many women who live in British Columbia unfortunately don’t have access to a naturopath and functional medicine doctor like myself who has a focus in these key areas of our health and well being.
This is why I created Naturopath Telemedicine – a virtual clinic to support women all over the province who want to work with a naturopath doctor like myself but have been unable to at this point.
How Does Naturopath Telemedicine Work?
It’s simple and easy! Our visits will be conducted via a highly secure and private online video call, similar to facetime or skype, or via phone. You will be provided access to the video call well before your appointment time, so all you need to do, is click a link and connect to our video call.
Our work together won’t replace the need for your family doctor and specialists, but I will become one of your greatest health allies, an important part of your health and wellness team. Any requirements for physical exams or imaging will be referred back to your family medical doctor.
How Will I Access Functional Lab Testing, Prescriptions, and Supplements?
Easy!
We will co-ordinate any necessary blood testing through your local lab as needed (or refer back to your family doctor). For functional lab tests that are done at home (urine, breath, or gut health testing), we will mail the kits to you, which you can then send directly to the lab (shipping labels are always provided).
Supplement prescriptions are also easy to co-ordinate. We will mail out what is required, or connect you with our virtual dispensary for online ordering and quick delivery to your home.
Medication prescriptions can be faxed to your local pharmacy.
