It’s been suspected by clinicians who specialize in the treatment of Lyme Disease and it’s co-infections, but now a new study is suggesting that Lyme Disease may in fact be sexually transmitted. These new findings will completely change how doctors think about and treat Lyme Disease and could explain why Lyme is becoming so prevalent.

The CDC’s website claims that there is no credible evidence for the sexual transmission of Lyme Disease, however, in lieu of this new information, their stance will hopefully evolve.
