Experience The PRP Micropen Skin Rejuvenation Facial
Here are 5 reasons you need to try the PRP Facial.
No surgery. No downtime. No side effects. Just gorgeous, glowing skin
The PRP Facial is an anti-aging skin treatment that works by concentrating the healing power and regeneration of skin through activation of platelets. Platelets are cells in the blood that help tissue heal and grow healthy new cells. PRP promotes the body’s own collagen to grow and regenerate new tissue resulting in smoothing and tightening of the skin. The results of PRP facials include improved skin texture and tone, reduced appearance of dark circles under the eyes, reduced appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and healthy, glowing skin!
The PRP Facial is a method for facial rejuvenation that doesn’t require surgery, botox or fillers. It’s 100% natural because it uses your body’s own anti-aging growth factors to increase collagen production, make your skin glow and completely rejuvenate your skin.
The process starts with a simple blood draw to extract out the platelet rich plasma (PRP). PRP is nature’s anti-aging miracle and is rich in growth factors. Using the micropen, we introduce these growth factors deeper into the dermal layer of the skin where stem cells are activated to grow new tissues like collagen, resulting in younger skin.

The PRP Facial combines the powers of PRP with collagen induction therapy using the FDA approved medical device, the Eclipse Micropen.
What is collagen induction therapy?
Collagen Induction Therapy is a new innovation in aesthetic medicine for the treatment of fine lines, acne scars and improvement of the skin’s overall appearance. During this procedure, tiny needles are used to create controlled micro-injuries to the skin in order to produce collagen and elastin. The skin’s repair process results in a thicker dermis with the appearance of softer wrinkles.
What are the benefits?
The benefits of micro needling are a reduction in the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, younger-looking skin with fewer signs of aging, an improvement of texture with a glow in the tone of the skin. The Eclipse Micropen also has a positive effect on hyper-pigmentation as well as on hypo-pigmentation, acne scars, traumatic scars and stretch marks and generally creates a fresher appearance or glow to the skin.
What areas of the body can I treat?
This treatment can be used on all parts of the body including face, scalp, neck, décolleté , arms, hands, legs, abdomen and back. The face is the most common area treated.
Who is a candidate for this treatment?
Anyone who wishes to reduce volume loss, fine lines, and textural changes of the skin is suitable for this procedure. It also appeals to the patient who is looking for a natural approach to volumizing the face and treating or reducing fine lines. For women who aren’t interested in botox, fillers, and surgery, this is an incredible tool fore revitalizing and rejuvenating your entire face. It is amazing for treating acne and acne scarring.
How is the micro needling part of the treatment done?
A topical anesthetic is applied to numb your skin. A sterile needle-tip containing 12 tiny micro-needles is attached to the Eclipse Micropen. A combination of hyaluronic acid and your PRP are then applied to your skin Next, in a single motion, the pen will be gently pressed against the skin while simultaneously gliding in one direction until the entire treatment area has been covered.
What does it feel like?
A topical numbing cream is applied to the treatment surface area. The feeling associated with the treatment is similar to light sandpaper being moved across the skin or a deep exfoliation. While some areas are more sensitive than others, the speed of the reciprocating needle tip reduces discomfort while the PRP applied also makes the treatment more comfortable.
How long does the treatment take?
The procedure takes about 1 hour from start to finish. Cleansing, numbing and the blood draw are done at the start of the procedure. The micro needling takes 15- 30 minutes depending on the size of the area treated.
What is the downtime?
Immediately after the treatment some may notice a bright redness and tightening of the skin. The total healing time depends on the depth of needles used and the number of overlapping passes to the area treated. On average, patients are red up to 24 to 48 hours, leaving the appearance of sun exposure. Some patients heal completely in as little as 24 hours. Some patient may experience a fine flaking of skin over the next several days. Utilizing quality skincare products can help to speed up the healing process and provide moisture to the skins surface.
When will I see results?
Patients notice an immediate “glow” to their skin. Texture and other visible changes to the skin develop over the course of several days and weeks. Results continue to improve up to 6 months after the treatment as collagen production continues.
How many treatments will I need?
Some patients only require a single treatment, once per year to achieve optimal results. However, it is recommended for most patients to receive a series of 2-3 treatments spaced about 4-6 weeks apart. For patients with deep wrinkles, advanced photo-aging, stretch marks or acne scars it is recommended to receive 6-8 sessions at 4-6 week intervals.
